This 21-story steel framed building clad in brick masonry and sandstone features was originally completed in 1930 as home for the 1,600-member National Tower and Country Club. The Art Deco skyscraper was designed by New York architects George Post & Sons. The original building included a gymnasium, running track, swimming pool, solarium, and 160 sleeping rooms, in addition to a banquet hall and ballroom. Fenn Tower has reopened as a 175-unit apartment-style student housing facility with a new business center, offices, and retail spaces on the lower levels.
